Awakening To The Powerhouse Within 

We are on one powerful, magical rollercoaster ride of a lifetime as wave after wave of ever increasing energy flows in. Everything is changing, speeding up, including the unraveling, unplugging of a way of life that was a lie, along with expanding, opening up to the truth of who we are. It is truly amazing what is transpiring.

Even though this is really exciting and filled with many blissful moments, the pace and intensity, along with earth shifts taking place, is also having a huge impact on our bodies, physically, mentally and emotionally as suppressed emotions, and unresolved traumas reveal themselves, and the central nervous system is greatly stimulated.  It is very easy to get scared, overwhelmed and pulled into the chaos if not handled properly and without support.
